Your order
When you place an order, we email you to confirm it. That confirmation is when our contract with you begins.
We may cancel an order and refund you in full if a product is listed at an obviously wrong price, if we can’t deliver to your address, or if we suspect fraud. We’ll always tell you if this happens.
Our products
Product photos are realistic previews, but colors can look slightly different on your screen than in print, print placement can vary a little, and sizes can vary by up to 1 inch (2.5 cm). Each product’s description lists its materials and size chart.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and include shipping. Where sales tax or VAT applies, it’s shown at checkout before you pay. Some countries charge import duties or taxes on delivery; see our Shipping Policy. If your card is in another currency, your bank may apply its own exchange rate or fees.
We take payment when you place your order.
Our “Buy more, save more” discount (10% off 2 items and 15% off 3 or more items) is applied automatically in your cart and can’t be combined with coupon codes.
Delivery
We deliver to the address you give at checkout, within the times in our Shipping Policy. Your order is your responsibility once it’s delivered to that address.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
How to cancel an order, get a replacement or refund, and your 14-day right to cancel if you live in the European Union, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein or the United Kingdom, is explained in our Refunds & Returns policy, which is part of these terms.
Reviews and other content you send us
Reviews must be honest and about the product. We publish every genuine review, good or bad, and remove only reviews that are offensive, unlawful, contain someone’s personal information or aren’t about the product. By posting a review, you let us show it on our website and in our marketing, with the name you entered.
Designs and intellectual property
The designs, photos, text and logos on this site belong to 7Prints or to the artists who license them to us. Buying a product gives you the item, not the rights to its design, so please don’t copy, reproduce or sell our designs.
If you believe a design on our site uses your work without permission, email [email protected] with the details. We’ll look into it promptly and remove the design if needed.
Using our website
Please don’t misuse our website: for example, don’t try to break into it, overload it, copy it in bulk with automated tools or use it for anything unlawful.
Our responsibility to you
We’re responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or not taking reasonable care. We’re not responsible for loss that wasn’t foreseeable, or for business losses: our products are for personal use. Where the law allows, our total responsibility for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility where the law doesn’t allow it, such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, and nothing affects your legal rights as a consumer.
We’re not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as strikes, extreme weather or problems with carriers. If that happens, we’ll let you know and do what we can to limit the effect.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms on this page when you place an order are the ones that apply to that order.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where we’re based. If you’re a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts. If you have a problem, please email [email protected] first: most things can be put right quickly.
